In my case, I have JIO which will not receive any signal in GULF. I would like to have my JIO accessing the signal of VIVA/BATELCO and let my JIO in India shall bill me without me recharging any special tariffs when I come out of INDIA. This means let the service providers have their own mechanism to settle the roaming charges without customers like me opting for the special tariffs.
Currently, a lot of work is involved in making all the reconciliations and setting off the payments with cross country service providers.
Well, the issue is addressed below with the application of Blockchain across various carriers.
