Cancellation & Refund Policy

"Transparency and trust are the foundation of Global Fin X Training Academy. We want you to be fully informed about our enrolment, cancellation, validity, and refund terms before you make a purchase."

1. Order Cancellation

Global Fin X Academy offers digital-only educational products. Course access is granted within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Due to the near-instantaneous nature of digital delivery, our cancellation window is very short:

  • Before Payment: You may abandon your checkout at any time before completing payment with no charge. No order is created and no data is retained.
  • Within 1 Hour of Payment (LMS Not Yet Accessed): If you have not yet received or used your LMS login credentials, you may email info@globalfinx.in within 1 hour of your Razorpay payment confirmation. We will review the request individually. Include your Razorpay Payment ID and registered email address in your message.
  • After LMS Access is Granted: Once you have received login credentials and/or accessed any course material in the LMS, the order cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

Example: You complete payment at 10:00 AM but realise you enrolled in the wrong paper. If you contact us by 10:59 AM before logging into the LMS, we will review your request. If you contact us at 11:05 AM after already accessing the LMS, no cancellation is possible.

2. Payment Processing via Razorpay

All payments on our website at globalfinx.in are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, a regulated payment gateway authorised by the Reserve Bank of India. Supported payment methods include UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and EMI options as available on the Razorpay payment screen at checkout.

Global Fin X Academy does not store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or any sensitive payment credential. Payment data is handled exclusively by Razorpay in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

Refund Processing: Any refund approved by us (at our sole discretion, as described in this policy) will be processed via the same payment method used at checkout, through Razorpay. Refunds typically reflect within:

  • UPI: Instantly to 1 business day
  • Debit card / Net banking: 2–5 business days
  • Credit card: 5–7 business days (depending on your card issuer's billing cycle)
  • EMI: Up to 7–10 business days; your outstanding EMI balance may be adjusted by your lender

Global Fin X Academy is not responsible for delays in credit caused by your bank, card network, or UPI provider after we have initiated the refund. You may contact Razorpay Support directly using the Payment ID from your bank statement if you experience an unusual delay beyond the timelines above.

Failed Payments: If payment was deducted from your account but you did not receive LMS access within 24 hours, please contact us at info@globalfinx.in with your Razorpay Payment ID. Failed or duplicate charges are refunded in full within 5–7 business days.

3. Informed Decision-Making (Demo Access)

To ensure our teaching methodology aligns with your learning style, we provide extensive opportunities to evaluate our courses before enrolment:

  • On-Site Demo Videos: Every course page features free demo videos covering core concepts so you can assess the quality and style of teaching.
  • Video Library: Visit globalfinx.in/videos for curated subject playlists across ACCA, CMA US, and Dip IFRS.
  • YouTube Channel: We maintain an open library of 250+ free videos on our official YouTube channel (@GlobalFinX) so you can assess the depth and clarity of instruction by Sai Manikanta Pedamallu.
  • Student Responsibility:By completing payment, you acknowledge that you have utilised these free resources to confirm the course is suitable for your needs. "I didn't know what the teaching was like" is not accepted as a basis for a refund claim.

4. Zero Refund Policy (Post-Access)

Due to the digital nature of our educational platform and the immediate delivery of intellectual property upon payment, Global Fin X Academy maintains a strict no-refund policy once LMS access has been granted.

  • Immediate Access: Upon successful payment confirmation from Razorpay, your LMS account is provisioned and you receive instant access to proprietary video lectures and exclusive digital resources. The service is considered fully rendered at the point of LMS access.
  • No Partial Refunds: Refunds will not be issued on the basis of partial completion of a course, dissatisfaction with exam results, a change in career plans, or any other reason once LMS access has been activated.
  • Non-Transferability: Enrolments are personal to the individual named at checkout and are non-transferable. Access cannot be shared, sold, gifted, or exchanged for a different course or paper.

Example: You enrol in ACCA Paper AFM, access the LMS, watch the first three lectures, and then decide to focus on a different paper. No refund will be issued for the AFM course fee.

5. Dip IFRS Instalment Arrangement

For the Dip IFRS All-Inclusive Bundle, we offer an optional two-instalment payment arrangement. The following refund and cancellation terms apply specifically to this arrangement:

  • Instalment 1 (paid at enrolment): Grants immediate LMS access. Once access is granted, Instalment 1 is subject to the standard zero-refund policy above and is non-refundable.
  • Instalment 2 (paid before the exam window): This amount is also non-refundable once paid, as the full course service has already been made available from the time Instalment 1 was paid.
  • Failure to Pay Instalment 2: If Instalment 2 is not paid by the agreed due date, we may suspend your LMS access until the outstanding amount is settled. Suspension due to non-payment of Instalment 2 does not entitle you to a refund of Instalment 1.
  • Combined Obligation: Both instalments together constitute the full course fee. By paying Instalment 1 and accessing the LMS, you contractually commit to paying Instalment 2 on the agreed date, irrespective of whether you ultimately sit the examination.

Example: Full Dip IFRS bundle price is ₹60,000. You pay Instalment 1 of ₹35,000 and access the LMS. If you later decide not to sit the exam, you are still liable to pay Instalment 2 of ₹25,000 on the agreed date, and Instalment 1 is not refundable.

6. Complimentary Validity Extensions

We understand that professional, academic, or personal circumstances may occasionally disrupt your study schedule. Unlike many platforms, we do not charge an extension fee for genuine, documented reasons.

  • Standard Extension: Students may request an LMS access extension of 3 or 6 months if they are unable to appear for their scheduled exam window.
  • Valid Reasons: Extensions are granted at our sole discretion for reasons including — but not limited to — work exigencies, college examination clashes, medical emergencies (with documentation), or exam failure.
  • How to Apply: Submit a formal written request to info@globalfinx.in before your current access period expires. Extensions cannot be applied retrospectively.
  • Not a Right: Extensions are a courtesy offered at our discretion. Repeated extension requests beyond one cycle may be declined.

Example: You enrolled for the CMA US June sitting but were hospitalised in May. You submit a medical certificate before your validity expires. We grant a 3-month extension to the September sitting at no additional charge.

7. Course Access Policy

  • View-Time Limit: Each lecture includes a 3× view-time allowance (e.g., a 60-minute video can be watched for a total of 180 minutes across all sessions). This is enforced at the platform level to protect intellectual property and encourage focused study.
  • Technical Downtime: In the unlikely event of a verified technical platform failure preventing LMS access for more than 48 continuous hours, our team will provide a compensatory validity extension equal to the verified downtime. No monetary refund will be issued for platform downtime.
  • Personal Use Only: Course access is for the registered student only. Sharing login credentials or allowing others to use your account will result in immediate termination without refund.

Please mark your email subject as "Grievance" or "Refund Request" for priority handling. Include your full name, registered email address, and Razorpay Payment ID in your message. We aim to respond to all queries within 2 business days.
