Refund & Extension Policy

1. Informed Decision-Making (Demo Access)

To ensure our teaching methodology aligns with your learning style, we provide extensive opportunities to evaluate our courses prior to enrollment:

  • On-Site Demos: Every course page features demo videos covering core concepts.
  • Video Library: Visit globalfinx.in/videos for curated subject playlists.
  • YouTube Channel: We maintain an open library of over 250+ videos here to showcase the expertise of Sai Manikanta Pedamallu.
  • Student Responsibility: By enrolling, you acknowledge that you have utilized these resources to confirm the course is suitable for your needs.

2. Zero Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our education platform and the immediate delivery of intellectual property, Global Fin X Academy maintains a strict 0 refund policy.

  • Immediate Access: Upon successful payment, students receive instant access to proprietary video lectures and exclusive resources. As the service is considered fully rendered at the point of access, no partial or full refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
  • Course Transferability: Enrollments are personal and non-transferable. Access cannot be shared, sold, or exchanged for other courses.

3. Complimentary Validity Extensions (Our Commitment to Your Success)

We understand that professional, academic, or personal commitments may occasionally disrupt your study schedule. Unlike many platforms, we do not charge an extension fee for valid reasons.

  • Standard Extension: Students can request an extension of 3 or 6 months if they are unable to appear for their scheduled exam window.
  • Valid Reasons: Extensions are granted for reasons including, but not limited to: work exigencies, college exam clashes, medical emergencies, or exam failure.
  • How to Apply: Students must submit a formal request to info@globalfinx.in before their current validity expires.

4. Course Access Policy

  • View Time: Each lecture includes 3x view time (e.g., a 60-minute video can be watched for a total of 180 minutes). This ensures you can revisit complex topics multiple times to master the "Why" behind the concepts.
  • Technical Support: In the unlikely event of a verified technical platform failure that prevents access for more than 48 hours, our team will provide a compensatory validity extension equal to the downtime.
