Shipping & Exchange Policy

Global Fin X Academy ("we", "our", "us") exclusively offers digital educational products and online coaching services. We do not sell or ship any physical goods. Accordingly, no physical shipment, packaging, or delivery of any kind is involved in any transaction on this website.

All course materials — including recorded lecture videos, digital class notes, practice questions, and study resources — are delivered electronically through our Learning Management System (LMS) or via shared digital links after your enrollment is confirmed.

Upon successful payment, your course access is typically provisioned within 24 hours on business days. You will receive login credentials or access links via the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive access within 24 hours of a confirmed payment, please contact us at info@globalfinx.in.

Since all our products are digital in nature, concepts of shipping, tracking, or physical delivery do not apply to purchases made on globalfinx.in. There are no shipping charges, no delivery timelines for physical goods, and no risk of damage or loss in transit.

Because our products are digital and access is granted immediately upon payment, we do not offer exchanges or substitutions of one course for another after purchase.

If you enrolled in a course by mistake or have a genuine concern, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase at info@globalfinx.in. We will review each case individually. Decisions are made at the sole discretion of Global Fin X Academy.

Where BPP or other third-party study materials are included as part of a bundle (e.g., the Dip IFRS All-Inclusive Bundle), soft copies (PDFs) are shared via Google Drive. Physical copies of books are not included unless explicitly stated on the enrollment page at the time of purchase.
