Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before enrolling in any course or using any service provided by Global Fin X Academy. By completing a payment or accessing the Learning Management System, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Parties and Identity
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Student", "you", "your") and Global Fin X Academy, a sole proprietorship registered in India, owned and operated by Pedamallu Lakshmi Srihitha("Academy", "we", "our", "us").

2. Description of Services
Global Fin X Academy provides online coaching and study support for professional accounting and finance qualifications, currently including:
- ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) — Applied Knowledge, Applied Skills, and Strategic Professional papers
- CMA US (Certified Management Accountant — United States) — Part 1: Financial Planning, Performance & Analytics; Part 2: Strategic Financial Management
- Dip IFRS (ACCA Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards)
Our services include, but are not limited to: pre-recorded video lectures, digital study notes, mock exams and practice questions, live doubt-clearing sessions (where scheduled), access to the Learning Management System ("LMS"), and faculty support via messaging channels.
We do not sell, prepare, or deliver physical goods of any kind. All educational materials are delivered digitally. We are a coaching provider and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent of ACCA Global, the IMA (Institute of Management Accountants), or any other professional body.
Example:When you enrol in "ACCA Paper F3 – Financial Accounting," you are purchasing coaching support from Global Fin X Academy. The examination itself is set and administered by ACCA Global, and examination fees are paid separately and directly to ACCA Global.
3. Eligibility
Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 years and above. By completing enrolment, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete the enrolment on your behalf and agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
You are responsible for verifying your own eligibility to sit the professional examinations you are coaching for. We do not guarantee examination registration, exemptions, or results. Any guidance we provide on eligibility is for informational purposes only.
4. Enrolment and Account Creation
4.1 Enrolment Process
Enrolment is initiated through the checkout on our website at globalfinx.in. You will be asked to provide your full name, email address, and phone number. This information is used to create your LMS account and to send you your login credentials.
A completed enrolment constitutes a binding agreement between you and Global Fin X Academy, subject to these Terms and the applicable refund and cancellation policy set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
4.2 Accuracy of Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during enrolment. Providing a false name, a shared email address, or incorrect contact details may result in suspension of access without refund.
Example: If you enrol using a corporate email address that you lose access to after leaving your employer, we are not responsible for your inability to receive login credentials or course updates.
4.3 LMS Account
Upon successful payment confirmation, we will create an LMS account for you using the email address provided at checkout. Login credentials are sent to that email address within 24 hours on business days. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and must not share access with any other person.
4.4 One Enrolment per Person
Each enrolment is personal to the individual named at checkout. You may not share, resell, sublicense, or transfer your access to another person. We reserve the right to terminate access without refund if we detect that an account is being used by more than one individual.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Payment Processing
All payments on our website are processed securely by Razorpay Software Private Limited ("Razorpay"), a payment gateway licensed and regulated under applicable Indian law (PPI licence from RBI). By completing a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service.
Accepted payment methods include UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and EMI options, as made available by Razorpay at the time of checkout. Global Fin X Academy does not store, process, or have access to your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or any other payment authentication credential. All such data is handled exclusively by Razorpay.
5.2 Fees and Currency
All prices displayed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice; however, once your payment is confirmed, the fee you have paid is locked in for the access period purchased.
Example: If the CMA US Part 1 fee is ₹25,000 when you enrol, you will receive access at that price even if the fee increases to ₹30,000 the following month.
5.3 Dip IFRS Instalment Arrangement
For the Dip IFRS All-Inclusive Bundle, we offer a two-instalment payment arrangement as an optional convenience. Under this arrangement:
- Instalment 1 is payable at the time of enrolment and grants you immediate access to the LMS.
- Instalment 2 becomes due on the date communicated to you at the time of enrolment (typically before the exam window).
- Failure to pay Instalment 2 by the due date may result in suspension of LMS access until the outstanding amount is settled.
- The instalment arrangement does not alter the refund and cancellation policy — once LMS access has been granted, the standard zero-refund policy applies to both instalments.
- Both instalments, when combined, constitute the full course fee. Neither instalment is individually refundable after access is granted.
Example: If the full Dip IFRS bundle is ₹60,000 and you opt for instalments (₹35,000 now, ₹25,000 before the exam), your LMS access is active from the moment Instalment 1 is paid. If Instalment 2 is not paid by the agreed date, your access may be paused until payment is received.
5.4 Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If you believe an error has occurred in your payment, please contact us at info@globalfinx.in before raising a dispute with your bank or card issuer. Initiating an unjustified chargeback while simultaneously retaining access to LMS content constitutes fraudulent misuse. We reserve the right to pursue recovery of fees and to permanently ban access in such cases.
5.5 Failed Payments
If your payment fails at checkout, no enrolment is created and no LMS account is provisioned. If funds have been deducted from your account but you have not received login credentials within 24 hours of a successful payment confirmation from Razorpay, please contact us immediately at info@globalfinx.in with the Razorpay Payment ID from your bank statement.
6. Learning Management System (LMS) Access
6.1 Access Period
The duration of LMS access varies by course and is specified on each course page at the time of purchase. Access validity runs from the date your LMS account is provisioned, not from the date of payment.
6.2 View-Time Limits
Each recorded lecture is subject to a view-time multiplier of 3× the video duration. For example, a 60-minute lecture can be viewed for a cumulative total of 180 minutes across all playback sessions. This policy exists to protect the intellectual property of the Academy and to encourage active, focused learning rather than passive consumption.
View-time limits are enforced at the LMS platform level. We do not offer refunds or concessions for view time consumed due to user error (e.g., leaving a video running unattended).
6.3 Validity Extensions
Complimentary extensions of 3 or 6 months may be granted at our sole discretion for documented genuine reasons (e.g., medical emergency, work exigency, exam failure). Extension requests must be submitted to info@globalfinx.in before the current validity expires. Extensions are not automatic and are not guaranteed.
6.4 Technical Support
In the event of a verified technical failure on our platform that prevents access for more than 48 continuous hours, we will provide a compensatory validity extension equal to the verified downtime period. This is your sole remedy for platform outages; no monetary refund will be issued for technical downtime.
6.5 Platform Changes
We reserve the right to change the LMS platform, update course content, replace videos, modify study materials, or restructure course delivery at any time. Such changes are made to improve quality and accuracy, particularly where professional syllabus updates occur (e.g., new ACCA exam formats). We will endeavour to notify affected students by email in advance.
7. Intellectual Property
All content made available through the Site and the LMS — including but not limited to video lectures, recorded sessions, study notes, digital PDFs, mock exams, question banks, graphics, illustrations, and website code — is the exclusive intellectual property of Global Fin X Academy / Pedamallu Lakshmi Srihitha or its licensed content partners, and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India) and applicable international copyright law.
As a paying student, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view course content solely for your own private study purposes during your valid access period. This licence does not permit you to:
- Download, copy, or save video lectures (through any method, including screen recording, third-party software, or browser extensions)
- Share, distribute, upload, or transmit any course material to any third party, group, or platform (including WhatsApp groups, Telegram channels, YouTube, Google Drive shares, etc.)
- Use any course material for commercial purposes, including tutoring others
- Create derivative works, summaries, or compilations from our proprietary content for distribution
- Circumvent any digital rights management or access controls on the LMS
Example: Recording a lecture from your screen and uploading it to a private WhatsApp group, even among friends who are also enrolled, is a violation of these Terms and constitutes copyright infringement.
Violation of these restrictions will result in immediate termination of LMS access without refund and may subject you to civil and/or criminal action under applicable law.
Third-party study materials (e.g., BPP Learning Media books included in certain bundles) are subject to the intellectual property terms of the respective publisher. We distribute such materials under authorised licensing arrangements; you may not reproduce or distribute them beyond your personal use.
8. User Obligations and Acceptable Use
By enrolling and using our services, you agree that you will:
- Provide truthful, accurate, and current information at enrolment and update us promptly if your contact details change
- Use the LMS and all course materials solely for your own personal study
- Maintain the confidentiality of your LMS login credentials
- Respect the view-time limits and not attempt to circumvent them technically
- Engage with faculty and support staff respectfully and professionally
- Comply with all applicable laws of India when using the Site and LMS
You agree that you will not:
- Share your LMS login credentials with any other person
- Attempt to access another student's account
- Introduce malware, viruses, or disruptive code into the Site or LMS
- Scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract content from the Site or LMS
- Use our brand name, logo, or course materials in any marketing, social media, or promotional activity without our prior written consent
- Make defamatory, false, or misleading statements about us, our faculty, or our courses on any public platform
9. Third-Party Services and External Links
Our Site and services involve third-party service providers including Razorpay (payment processing), Supabase (data infrastructure), Resend (transactional email), and Google (analytics and embedded YouTube content). Your interactions with these third parties are governed by their own privacy policies and terms of service. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party service provider.
Our Site may contain links to external websites (e.g., ACCA Global, IMA, BPP). These links are provided for your convenience only. We do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of any external website.
YouTube videos embedded on our Site (including demo lectures) are subject to YouTube's Terms of Service. Availability of embedded YouTube content is outside our control.
10. Disclaimers
10.1 No Guarantee of Examination Results
Global Fin X Academy provides coaching, study support, and exam preparation guidance. We do not and cannot guarantee that you will pass any professional examination. Success depends on individual effort, prior knowledge, and factors entirely outside our control including examination board policies and pass mark decisions.
10.2 No Affiliation with Professional Bodies
We are an independent coaching institution. We are not an official study partner, approved learning provider, or agent of ACCA Global, the IMA, or any other professional body unless explicitly stated in writing. References to these organisations on our Site are for descriptive accuracy only.
10.3 Content Accuracy
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that our course content is accurate and up to date with current professional syllabi. However, professional examination syllabi change periodically, and we cannot guarantee that all content reflects the most current version of a syllabus at any given moment. You should always cross-reference with the official examination body's syllabus documentation.
10.4 Service Availability
We do not warrant that the Site or LMS will be available at all times, error-free, or free from interruptions. Planned maintenance and technical upgrades may cause temporary unavailability. We will endeavour to carry out maintenance during off-peak hours and to provide advance notice where possible.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Global Fin X Academy, its proprietor, faculty, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including loss of income, loss of employment, loss of professional opportunity, or loss of data arising from your use of or inability to use our services
- Examination failure or disqualification — arising from your performance in any professional examination
- Third-party actions — including decisions by ACCA Global, IMA, or any other professional body regarding your registration, exemptions, or results
- Technical interruptions — including LMS downtime not attributable to our proven negligence
- Force majeure events — including acts of God, pandemics, government actions, internet outages, or power failures
Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.
Example: If you paid ₹25,000 for CMA US Part 1 coaching and you bring a claim against us, the maximum compensation you can seek from us under these Terms is ₹25,000.
12. Data Protection and Privacy
We collect and process your personal data (name, email address, phone number) for the purpose of providing our services, including creating your LMS account and communicating with you about your enrolment. We act as a Data Fiduciary within the meaning of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India).
Your data is not sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes. It is shared only with service providers necessary for delivering our services (Razorpay for payment processing, Supabase for data infrastructure, Resend for transactional email) under strict data processing arrangements.
For complete details on how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data, and for information on your rights under DPDPA 2023 (including the right to access, correction, erasure, grievance redressal, and nomination), please refer to our Privacy Policy.
By enrolling, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
13. Cancellations and Refunds
Our cancellation and refund terms are set out in detail in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.
In summary: because our products are digital and LMS access is granted immediately after payment confirmation, we operate a zero-refund policy once access is granted. Before payment, you may abandon the checkout at any time with no charge. Within one hour of payment, before LMS access is used, we will consider cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to the full policy for complete terms.
Any refund that is approved (at our sole discretion) will be processed via the same payment instrument used at checkout, through Razorpay, within 5–7 business days. We are not liable for delays in credit caused by your bank or card network.
14. Amendments to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes — including changes to payment terms, access conditions, or data handling — will be communicated to enrolled students via email at the address registered in the LMS. Non-material clarifications or corrections may be updated on the Site without direct notification.
The revised Terms will take effect 14 days after the date of notification. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you may contact us at info@globalfinx.in to discuss your options before the new Terms take effect. Continued use of the LMS or our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
The version of the Terms in force at the time of your enrolment governs the transaction, except where a revision materially expands obligations or restricts rights, in which case the revision date governs.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
15.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
15.2 Jurisdiction
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
If you are a student residing outside India, you acknowledge that these Terms are enforceable under Indian law, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Hyderabad courts for any dispute arising from your use of our services.
15.3 Informal Resolution
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at info@globalfinx.in with a detailed written description of your complaint. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter informally within 15 business days. This informal resolution step does not waive your right to pursue formal remedies.
15.4 Consumer Grievances
If you are an eligible consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India), nothing in these Terms limits your right to file a complaint with the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
16. Miscellaneous
16.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy, and Shipping & Exchange Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Global Fin X Academy with respect to your use of our services and supersede all prior communications, representations, and agreements.
16.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
16.3 No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorised representative of Global Fin X Academy to be effective.
16.4 Language
These Terms are drafted in the English language. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and a translation, the English version shall prevail.
